Product Information

Mattress Rolling Tester used to test various types of mattresses and bed mattress revetment durability test, and testing of the deflection measurement, mattress and bed height, the surrounding edge height, measured the hardness value of mattess, hardness grade evaluation, and automatically assess the mattress soft hard grade evaluation.

Specification Requirements:

  1. Wheel: Round wheel, hard, smooth surface, no scratches, at the same time add safety cover; oval wheel length: 1000±2mm; oval wheel diameter: 300±1mm; Oval wheel Weight: 1400±7n.
  2. rolling speed: 16±2 turn/min.
  3. Device Drive mode: motor.

  8. Height measurement

     1.precision: ±0.5mm;

       9.Soft Hardness test device:

          1) Loading pad: a rigid cylindrical body with a smooth surface and a diameter of                     355mm, the end face is a protruding spherical surface, the spherical curvature                   radius is 800mm, the curvature radius of the front edge is 20mm;

    10. With stop/power off memory and breakpoint check out downtime function.

    11. Data acquisition frequency can be adjusted.

    12. The load can be controlled freely.

Control mode: PLC Independent touch-screen controller; The data interface is left               to transmit the test data to the local lab data service computer.All force and offset               data can be observed through the display screen, and the final user can obtain the             test report.
